Aqualine™ Colorants for In Plant Use

Aqualine™ is the latest 'in plant tinting' technology, designed from scratch as an in plant tinting system utilising colorants rather than pastes or liquid dispersions. For this reason Aqualine™ deliveries the ultimate in colour production quality and colour batch production advantages. The colorants can be used either gravimetrically, such as traditional in plant pastes, but are controlled volumetrically and are machine stable and therefore also suitable for use in production tinting machines.

Aqualine™ technology is water borne, VOC free and utilises the latest water borne chemistry to ensure adverse effects often seen with traditional 'production pastes' are practically eliminated. Innovative system design, working form a core selection to provide high performance combined with an additional commercial selection of pigments ensures the range can be utilised in all areas of batch colour production.

Aqualine™ provides a total in plant solution, including transparent iron oxides and combines a matching database and reduces the differences traditionally seen between colour production in factory and point of sale tinting. Aqualine™ colorants are also suitable for production of coloured tinting bases for point of sale systems.
